BPO-ness

You guys who have chatted with my on this rather boring and uneventful Saturday know that I've been gone more than a few times because my parents have called me away to do Realtor BPOs.

Gawd. I hate BPOs. It means "Broker's Price Opinion". And my parents understand the importance of them in teh Real Estate business. You (if ur a realor) get admitted to work for these companies who make you do BPOs. Each BPO for each company ahs a different layout and wantings.

And there's companies like ASM, Green River Capital, Infinity, to name a few. Out of all of tehm, I hate Infinity because they have just plain confusing layouts and I like ASM. Very easy, clea, and the logo is watery. Epic.

Now, in BPOs there's this ite where all these houses and lots and land listings are listed. You get a house from the company, and you need to find a couple (3-6 usually) more houses that are similar to the other house and you need to fill out information for thqat house. For example, let me give you a normal layout.

Lot area: _____ *go adn search on flxmls for teh first house* aha, found it. 2,500 sqft. *copy* go abck on layout, *paste* oh no the company doesnt like commas. *eases comma*.

yeah. ya feelin bored? I have to do that a million times. And its STURDAY. The only way I can get through it is thinking of ToonLink hopping around an Outset Island Clearing holding his word in his mouth and flapping his arms like a bird. I'm telling you, that's the only way I get through this. And hearing his epic scream. I love his scream!!!!!!! HE IS SO KYA-WORTHY!!!!!!!!

Yeha. And so the Decliner's Pack is officlaly in work-mode. There's a couple tutorials up fr you to lean how to draw a wolf, there's a couple discussions to get yourself known, and some other stuff. Remember that you yourself can add some interesting things to the site!

We are currently remodeling. Since neither I nor Shelko have been on thes since March, the site is pretty darn old. I have already started remodeling; changing the logo, rearanging the pages, creaing new discussions, making new tutorial pages, etc..........

Is Twilight Really Coming Back???

Ok so yes, I ahve watched Twilight for teh second time. With my mom, who didnt understnad a thing in teh movie. When I said, "what if u were in teh same situation?" and she said "i would take some garlic adn a sake and head in there" and im like "this is different. they ahv to rip the body up in pieces and then burn them" and then she said "i wud do that- with those others who are good" and i said "wait, what if grandma is in tehre and if u take other vampires in tehre james will kill babushka?" and mom just stared at the screen.

And so, i fell asleep with "I found youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" stuck in meh head. Did I say that I watched it right after midnight??

And so now I'm listening to Bella' lullaby and watching the official New Moon trailer.

Yes I am one of those Twilight ppl. Be scared.

And so right after Twilight came teh secnd wave of TP. So yeah.

Well, I ahve to watch teh new New Moon traieler for the 60th time. Dudes, I am really loving the msuci and the action sequences in teh movie. Totalm epic.
